Life at K-LAGAN

With the aim of keeping our people motivated, connecting and being close, K-LAGAN organizes a series of activities during the year that we They allow us to get to know each other better and relate to each other beyond work.

Solidarity Day

In keeping with our commitment to society and the environment, in K-LAGAN, in addition to being socially responsible in our day to day, we have included a Solidarity Day in our agendas, in which the whole team will develop a solidarity activity together.


We carry out at least one teambuilding per team in both the Barcelona and Madrid headquarters. Every year is special and different. We have done from graffiti, escape room, bowling championships... it is a relaxed moment that helps us to have a laugh and make more pineapple, even if possible, with our team. Our people never miss one.

Summer and Christmas dinners

Every year, we also celebrate two summer dinners at both national headquarters (Barcelona and Madrid). The objective of these events is to enjoy a pleasant atmosphere with our colleagues and friends, who because of our physical distance we do not see them that often. It is a moment of reunion, to meet new colleagues and to know, first-hand, the news of K-LAGAN.

Coffee with you

Recently, and due to the epidemiological impact that has disrupted the way of working worldwide, we have implemented informal online meetings. The idea is to simply connect and talk about life over coffee, share what worries us or just have a laugh.

Online meetings with Management

Other of the formats that we have adapted and discovered after the Covid19 pandemic, have been the periodic meetings that, in online format, Management makes known first hand the situation of K-LAGAN, the news and the next milestones to be met at the corporate level. Here, our people can ask any unfiltered question about K-LAGAN. These meetings are an example of the great transparency that defines K-LAGAN.

Time Bank

Thanks to the solidarity initiative of our team, the Time Bank has allowed new activities in K-LAGAN promoted by our own colleagues. So we have had meditation and breathing workshops, technology workshops, we have played video games online, family games...
