Engineering Manager

Mission: To lead an engineering team in charge of the company's navigation systems.

Our ideal profile has experience in:
  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers in the development of software products.
  • Passion for growing team members and developing their talent.
  • Experience developing and designing distributed and scalable systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software engineering throughout the development cycle: coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing and operation of services in production.
  • Focus on operational excellence. Balance between delivering innovative solutions for our customers and building quality and highly resilient systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Value delivery and planning
  • Ensure delivery of value to our customers. When necessary, manage team dependencies, risks and blockages.
  • People Care: Responsible for the health of the team, maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the growth of team members.
  • Development cycle, team and system evolution.
  • Lead and optimize the development life cycle.
  • Define the team structure, lead the selection and onboarding processes.
  • Concern for the operational excellence of your systems and their performance in production. Identify and lead quality improvements in the areas that need it.
