IT Engineering Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

From K-LAGAN we are looking for a RECRUITER – TALENT ACQUISITION with at least one year of experience in recruitment, mainly IT / ENGINEERING profiles, to join our HR team in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the selection processes management, from the technical profiles searching, selection interviews, to the final incorporation of the employee. He/She will collaborate and participate in talent development and employer branding, assuring the organizational culture.

Main responsibilities:

  • Screening and recruitment of IT / Engineering profiles: coordination with the Business area after the necessities detection, job posting, CV screening, headhunting and phone interviewing.
  • Curricular and behavioral interviews.
  • New employees onboarding.
  • Employer Branding.
  • Employees professional development.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in Psychology, Human Resources Management or similar.
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment, mainly IT / Engineering profiles.
  • Experience in candidates searching / Headhunting.
  • Recruitment sources management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good level of Excel.
  • Proactivity and positive attitude.
