Mission: As System Support Specialist you will act as a point of incident & request resolution for the System and Maintenance, IT Security, Solutions and the Service Desk teams. You’ll be using your expert IT Industry knowledge and experience to resolve difficult problems/projects and assisting other members of the Support team to ensure a coherent and standard approach is maintained to supporting the infrastructure for a team in the UK.

Our ideal profile has:

  • Proven experience with supporting a predominantly Windows Server environment in the capacity of OS installation, maintenance and security hardening.
  • Experience with VMware ESXi,V-Center and Azure Cloud Technologies
  • Familiarity with implementing security controls in line with ISO27001.
  • Proven experience in documentation of system based configuration and build standards.
  • Advanced project management and communication skills.
