During your life in K-LAGAN, you will have many interactions and follow-up with different departments, we want to know how you are at all times, what worries you, towards where you want to go professionally and how we can grow together.

Work at K-LAGAN

Follow up with Manager and Client

You will have one per quarter, plus the initial one from Onboarding. In this meeting, you will meet with your manager and client to see the evolution of the project, if everything is correct for the 3 parties involved and the next steps.

Follow up HR

You will have 1 in the first quarter of your incorporation, and another at 6-9 months. The objective is that your first contact at K-LAGAN (TAS) can continue to help you to join and adapt to our company. In this meeting we will talk about the incorporation process, manager, client, project ... It is a good time to communicate if there is something that could be improved, or something that we would like in the future.

Onboarding Assessment

At this meeting, you will have your first contact with the Careers Department. You will talk about the Onboarding process, first impressions, future aspirations and if there is any type of training that would be necessary to better fulfill what is required in the current job position, or to get to the desired future position.

BILAN

It's your moment. It is an annual meeting with your manager, to take stock of everything that happened in the previous year and all the new goals that we are going to set for the following year. Remember that at K-LAGAN we are committed to developing your career evolution and taking you where you want to go. For this, we also offer the following mobility:

Climate survey

We carry out an annual work environment survey to find out the satisfaction of our workers and whose results, in addition to providing us with information about our strengths, allow us to develop concrete actions that improve conditions and work environment.
