For K-LAGAN the only important thing is You.
You will have one per quarter, plus the initial one from Onboarding. In this meeting, you will meet with your manager and client to see the evolution of the project, if everything is correct for the 3 parties involved and the next steps.
You will have 1 in the first quarter of your incorporation, and another at 6-9 months. The objective is that your first contact at K-LAGAN (TAS) can continue to help you to join and adapt to our company. In this meeting we will talk about the incorporation process, manager, client, project ... It is a good time to communicate if there is something that could be improved, or something that we would like in the future.
At this meeting, you will have your first contact with the Careers Department. You will talk about the Onboarding process, first impressions, future aspirations and if there is any type of training that would be necessary to better fulfill what is required in the current job position, or to get to the desired future position.
It's your moment. It is an annual meeting with your manager, to take stock of everything that happened in the previous year and all the new goals that we are going to set for the following year.
