Mission: As an
Agile Coach you will join a multicultural team to help remove impediments that may affect product delivery, defining together with the teams the transformation roadmap and having active participation in agile transformation initiatives of the company.
Our
ideal profile has a high degree of empathy, active listening, builds trust in the team, provides continuous feedback, and has solid experience in:
- IT and "Full Agile" environments, working as Agile Coach.
- Experience leading and accompanying the organization in its Agile adoption, as well as working with frameworks/tools such as Kanban, Lean Start up, Safe or Jira.
- Experience facilitating rituals/events and Agile implementation in less mature environments.
