We are looking for a BUSINESS MANAGER with at least 2 years of experience in service sales for our central office in Barcelona city.

The successful candidate will join the K-LAGAN business development team and will be responsible for helping the company and department objectives achievement. He/She will manage the integral sales cycle for assuring the sustainable business growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Attracting, opening and maintaining clients.
  • Accounts management and client’s retention.
  • Management of the client’s necessities: requirements detection and provide the best solution.
  • Engineering teams management (recruitment, follow-up, development,…)
  • Responsible for the complete sales cycle, following management, and extension of the services and projects.


  • At least 2 years of experience in service sales, mainly in an engineering or technological consultancy / company, managing with key accounts (automotive, railways, bank,…)
  • Ability to coordinate initial visits to detect client’s necessities, account’s monitoring and its associated consultants.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Good level of English.
